 MY Inquiry question this year is :how is a new planet formed ?

A new planet is formed by a cloud that has clasped and then forms the shape of disk and from all the dust and grain i know right and then the star gathers all that and rocks from outer space and then gets pulled together and forms a planet named whatever it is like : Nora to vale to i don't know ? I did have some trouble with the materials and I wished I had a better project to present and I did have a different picture in mind
